"Seeds of Change" was Kerry Livgren's first solo album. Released in 1980 while he still was a member of Kansas, three other members of the band appeared as guests (Steve Walsh, Phil Ehart and Robby Steinhardt). In 1996, "Seeds of Change" was reissued through Renaissance Records with a 21:24 long interview with Livgren as a bonus track.
