Taiser Town

Taiser Town or "Taiser Town Scheme-45" is one of the neighborhoods of Malir Development Authority in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It has been established to resettle people displaced due to the construction of Lyari Expressway along the Lyari River. It is located near Gulshan-e-Maymar toll plaza. There are several ethnic groups in Taiser Town including Muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras Ismailis, etc. Over 99% of the population is Muslim.
