Plot

Will Bailey's work on the inaugural address makes quite an impression (as does the foreign-policy doctrine it espouses), and Danny Concannon's reporting makes quite a splash. Meanwhile, Charlie's luck in finding a Bible for Bartlet's swearing-in isn't improving.There's been a serious leak to Danny Concannon from a "White House aide" revealing the discontent of some of the military. The leak is attributed to Donna, which Josh cannot believe, even though she's confessed to it. As she sits in her apartment, unable to face attending the Inauguaration Ball due to her disgrace, Josh suddenly realises she's taking the rap for her boyfriend, Jack Reese, and enlists the help of motley crew Toby, Charlie, Will and Danny Concannon to coax her out. There is a poignant moment as Josh suddenly looks at her when she finally emerges into the snow in her ball gown, and says "you look amazing!".Fact|date=March 2008
