Deb Covey

Deb Covey

Debra ("Deb") Covey-Barnett (born September 7, 1961 in Biggar, Saskatchewan) is a former field hockey midfielder from Canada, who was a member of the Women's Senior National Team from 1985 to 1994. She earned a total number of 109 international caps for her native country.[1]

Covey-Barnett has been assistant coach of the Junior Women's National Team since April 1996. She was the recipient of one of the most prestigious coaching awards, the 3M Coach of the Year, in 1996.[2] [3] [4]
