Woldendorp (coord|53|16|N|7|2|E|type:city(568)) is a town in the Dutch province of Groningen. It is a part of the municipality of Delfzijl, and lies about 31 km east of Groningen.

In 2001, the town of Woldendorp had 568 inhabitants.
