Desperation Squad is a rock and roll band from Pomona, California. They played their first live show on May 19, 1984 and are still active as of 2008. They toured with the Warp Tour in 2001 and 2007 and gained an international audience when they appeared as semi finalists on the first season of Simon Cowell's "America's got Talent".

Drummer Alan Waddington had previously worked with Steve Jones and the band The Unforgiven in the mid to late eighties in Southern California.[1]
