The Catholic Church in Serbia is part of the worldwide Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope and Curia in Rome.

There are an estimated 433,000 baptised Catholics in Serbia, roughly 6,2% of the population, mostly concentrated in Vojvodina.

Within Serbia the Latin Rite hierarchy consists of:


The Bishopric of Srijem is a suffragen of the Diocese of Djakovo and Osijek in Croatia. Kosovo is a UN-administered disputed territory that recently unilaterally declared independence, since 2000 it is under Apostolic Administration.

In addition, there is a separate jurisdiction for those of the Byzantine Rite.
