Richard Preston Graham-Vivian, MVO, MC (
10 August 1896 —1979) was a long-serving English officer of arms at theCollege of Arms inLondon . He was the younger son of Sir Richard James Graham, 4th Baronet, [LondonGazette|issue=33924|startpage=2081|date=24 March 1933 |accessdate=2008-01-08] and Lady Mabel Cynthia Duncombe. During theFirst World War he served as an officer in theKing's Royal Rifle Corps and was awarded theMilitary Cross . He relinquished his commission on17 January 1919 .
