Edmund Peck

Edmund James Peck (April 15, 1850 – September 10, 1924) was an Anglican missionary in Canada. He is most notable for his work in developing Inuktitut syllabics, derived from the Cree syllabary and for writing the first substantial English-Inuktitut dictionary.
