Quinton Gibson

Quinton Gibson (born March 17, 1968 in Evansville, Indiana) is a guitarist and a studio engineer/producer.

Quinton studied at Bosse High School in Evansville and graduated 1986. Then he studied at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana graduating in 1991 with a double major (Music - classical guitar - and World History).

When he was in his teens, he joined a band called "Xzist". This band evolved into Seraiah for which he played until 1993. In 1994, he formed The Parade with former members of Seraiah.

After that, he has contributed with numerous artists of the scene like Whitecross and John Elefante. Occasionally, he joined other projects like "Clockwise" (formed with the members of John Elefante's band) and "STIR" (formed with former members of "Seraiah".)

In 1999, he joined Edison Bros. (which later changed its name to Three Strange Days) with whom he occasionally works.

In 2002, he joined legendary Christian rock band Petra, performing his first concert in January 26, 2002 during the "Revival" Tour. After the tour, he left the band and joined Strange Celebrity. In 2003, the band released one album on the Squint/Warner Bros label titled "Remedy" before breaking up in mid 2004.

Quinton has gone on to perform with many different bands and solo artists some of which include: Plumb, Tait, David Phelps, SonicFlood, Michael O'Brien (former lead singer of Newsong), and Nate Sallie.

Personal life

Quinton married Wendy Spada in November 2, 1991. They have three daughters and one son: Alexandra (13), Alyssa (10), Arica (7), and A.J. (3).
