Vali Vijelie is a popular manele singer in Romania, of Roma ethnicity. The word "vijelie" means "whirlwind" in Romanian. His real name is Valentin Rusu. He has released several hits on his own as well as with other artists like Adrian Minune and Costi Ioniţă.
