Janina Fry

Janina Päivänsäde Fry (née Frostell) (born November 12, 1973 in Helsinki) is Finnish pop singer, model, and a sex symbol. She hosts the show "Bella" on Finnish television channel Nelonen.

Her breakthrough was victory in the "Maiden of Finland" beauty pageant in 1993 and getting to semi-finals in Miss World same year. Frostell has appeared in the Finnish movie "Underbara kvinnor vid vatten"/"Ihanat naiset rannalla" ("Beautiful Women on Beach") (1998). She also has a singing career although her records have not been particularly successful despite efforts by her record company Sony BMG.

Frostell gave birth to her first child, a daughter, in March 2007. The father of the child is Mark Fry, who is the director of marketing at Sony BMG in Finland. Frostell and Fry have been dating for several years and they got married in summer 2007. The family lives in Espoo, Finland.
