Szlichtyngowa [IPA-pl|sz|l|i|h|t|y|n|'|g|o|w|a] is a town in Poland, in the Wschowa County of the Lubuskie Voivodship, near the Oder River.

It was founded in 1644 by Protestant exiles fleeing the Counter-Reformation in the Silesian province of the Holy Roman Empire. About one mile behind the border between Silesia and Greater Poland the junker "Johann Georg von Schlichting" laid out the the new settlement near the village of "Górczyna" with consent of King Władysław IV of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The place was therefore named "Schlichtinkowo" or _de. Schlichtingsheim. In 1793 it was annexed by the Kingdom of Prussia within the Second Partition of Poland. As a result of the Potsdam Conference since 1945 the town again belongs to Poland.

The population as of 2004 is 1,348.
