Power Movie List

"PowerMovieList" (or PML) is a powerful open-source script for managing movie collections, it uses PHP and MySQL. It lets users catalog movies with detailed information from big movie sites like IMDb, the German Kino.de, and other online-databases. The script will download information such as the director, the genre, the production year, and many other information automatically. Users can either run the script on their own servers, or they sign up for a free account at [http://www.movie-index.net www.movie-index.net] (Unavailable as of July 2007). The current Support Forum is available [http://www.powermovielist.tk/ here] (The original is no longer available as the original maintainer has vanished). The complete script can still be downloaded from many script sites. The IMDB Fetch Script may be out of date, however there are links to updated versions at the end of this article, and in the new support forum.
