The Amtrak Susquehanna River Bridge carries Amtrak's Northeast Corridor line across the Susquehanna River between Havre de Grace, Maryland and Perryville, Maryland.
The deck truss bridge was built by the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) for its New York City–Washington, D.C. mainline, replacing the earlier bridge built by the predecessor Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad in the 19th century. The PRR installed catenary on the bridge in the mid-1930s when 11,000 volt electrification was added to the line.
