Ace Records was a
record label that was started in August 1955 in Jackson Mississippi byJohnny Vincent , withTeem Records as its budget subsidiary. Its records were distributed since 1962 byVee-Jay Records . Ace Records stopped when Vee-Jay went broke. The label was relaunched in 1971 and sold in 1997 to theDemon Music Group in the UK.cite web
