Louis Sergio Antonelli (Lou Antonelli) (born
January 6 ,1957 inMedford, Massachusetts ) is an Americanscience fiction and fantasy writer who resides in Mount Pleasant,Texas . His stories have been published in magazines based in the U.S., U.K., Australia and Canada.Antonelli's stories are often characterized by a Texas setting, a strong use of dialogue, and twist or surprise endings.
Antonelli is a
Massachusetts native and grew up in Rockland. As a young man, he attendedColumbia University and lived inNew York City . In 1982, at the age of 25, he ran as a Republican for theUnited States House of Representatives in a district including most of the West Side ofManhattan Island along with parts ofThe Bronx .
