Tracy Michael Woodson (born October 5, 1962, in Richmond, Virginia) was a Major League Baseball player from 1987-1989, 1992-1993.

Over his 5 year career he played with two different teams: the Los Angeles Dodgers (1987-1989), and St. Louis Cardinals (1992-1993). Woodson was a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers team that won the 1988 World Series.

Since his retirement from professional baseball Woodson has become a well respected college basketball referee, working in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).

In 2006, Woodson was named the Head Baseball coach at Valparaiso University, a Division 1 school that competes in the Horizon League.
