Kirdar Saz

"Kirdar Saz" is the biography of Brig. Muhammad Rafiq who was Commandant Military College Jhelum, and is written by Saeed Rashid, the teacher who taught there for 40 years. Saeed Rashid has dedicated this book to all the people who are fighting for values and character and also to Brig. Rafiq.

In introduction he writes, "Common people are remembered by some values but there are few by whom the values and principles are remembered. Brig. Rafiq has this distinction".
