William Campbell (Astrid member)

William Campbell (Astrid member)

William Campbell is a Scottish musician from the Isle of Lewis.

He was the lead singer and guitarist with the now defunct guitar-pop band Astrid. His apparent problems with drug abuse in 2004 led to his ejection from the group, which prompted their subsequent split.

Now performs as a solo artist and is the singer in Our Small Capital. He is also a member of Gary Lightbody's collective, The Reindeer Section.
