Background
Hickmott was a hooligan with the
Chelsea Headhunters which he led for some time during the mid 1980s. He was eventually arrested in the first undercover football operation in theUnited Kingdom . He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment for organising violence. However, the sentence was later overturned after police evidence was questioned.cite news
