International Tech Park Bangalore or simply ITPB [http://www.itpbangalore.com] , developed and managed by Ascendas [http://www.ascendas.com] is India’s first hi-tech park of its kind designed to provide a complete ‘work & play’ environment for IT and technology-related businesses. It is unique in its 'work and play' concept offering high-quality infrastructure combined with extensive amenities and recreational facilities/activities.

ITPB has a built-up area of over convert|2000000|sqft|m2|abbr=on with more than 145 companies and over 20,000 people comprise the community working out of ITPB. There are 6 buildings, named "Discoverer", "Inventor","Explorer","Navigator","Innovator" and "Creator". The 7th building, belonging to TCS, has almost been built.

Over 26 acres of land within ITPB has been notified as IT/ITES SEZ and earmarked for further development for Multi-tenanted & Built-to-suit buildings. ITPB is also developing 2 customised Built-to-Suit facilities for IT and biotech majors. A 200-room 5-star business hotel located at the Park is expected to be operational soon.

ITPB is also the proud recipient of the Best Decentralized Power Plant in Asia in the Third Annual Asian Power Awards 2007 for its dedicated power plant (DPP) and “Best Ornamental Garden Award” in a horticultural show conducted in January 2008 by Mysore Horticultural Society. ITPB has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for operation and maintenance.
