Bura Gauranga River

The Bura Gauranga River is located in the Patuakhali district in Bangladesh. The river is most notably known for the sinking of a passenger ferry in May 2005, killing at least 27 people. [May 22, 2005 Dawn Newspaper (Pakistan)]
