Tel Tamer, Syria

Tel Tamer (Arabic,تل تمر )is a town located in North-East Syria, which is 40km north of Al Hasakah city. The majority of people in the town are Assyrian/Syriacs, but there is an Arab minority as well. Recently, a new wave of Assyrian refugees have arrived to the town from Iraq, escaping the war.
