List of Northern Irish people is a list of notable people from Northern Ireland.

* people who are descended from Ulster people and Scots-Irish and whose ancestors come from the region that is now Northern Ireland before 1922

People born in Northern Ireland regard themselves as British, Irish, from Ulster/Northern Irish or both British and Irish to varying degrees. There is no province-wide consensus as to what the term "Irish" means.
