Max Bernstein (born 1979) is an American musician. He is the lead singer and guitarist for the Los Angeles, California, pop-punk band The Actual and has a side project called Max and the Marginalized. He has appeared in an episode of "Veronica Mars".
Bernstein is the son of Nora Ephron and her second husband, Carl Bernstein.
