Electoral district of Liverpool

Liverpool is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales.

The district is located in Western Sydney, within the boundaries of the Liverpool City Council. It covers an area of 54.85 km² and includes the suburbs of Warwick Farm, Ashcroft, Green Valley, Cartwright and Liverpool.

Liverpool is a safe seat for the Australian Labor Party, at recent elections the ALP won 80% of the two party preferred vote.

It is represented by Paul Lynch of the Australian Labor Party.

History

Liverpool was created in 1950.
