Yamada, Fukuoka

nihongo|Yamada|山田市|Yamada-shi was a city located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. The city merged with all municipalities (except for one area) to form the new city of Kama on March 27, 2006.

As of 2003, the former city has an estimated population of 11,367 and the density of 515.51 persons per km². The total area is 22.05 km².

The city was founded on April 1, 1954.
