Airport

Jaipur airport is the only international airport in the state of Rajasthan. Jaipur airport was granted the status of international airport on December 29, 2005. The runway length is convert|9177|ft|m|sigfig=4 feet. The civil apron can accommodate four A320 aircraft and the terminal building can cater to 500 passengers at a time. There are plans to extend the runway to convert|12000|ft|m|abbr=on|sigfig=4 and expand the terminal building to accommodate 1,000 passengers per hour.
