During its first 20 years of business, MESH Computers could only be purchased direct from the manufacturer; however, after 2006, MESH began to expand its operations, selling through major retailers like Comet.[1]
MESH Computers has recently[when?] opened up a number of new routes to market, including resellers in the UK like eBuyer.[2] Most recently, MESH has started to expand its product offerings, including products like the MESH Cute, which offers HD hub features in a variety of colours for the living room.[3]

In the media
The BBC created a series of programmes to teach school children about the best use of computer technology and advanced production techniques in a modern factory setting and MESH was filmed as one of the examples, alongside Rolls Royce and Coca Cola.[4]
MESH is the last of the major UK PC manufacturers that still create custom-built PCs for end users. At its peak, the mainstream market was full of local brands like Evesham, Tiny/Time, Elonex, Opus, Cube, MJN and Dan - none of which exist in that form any more[5][6]. From those days, Viglen and RM are still around - but specialise in education systems.
In the summer of 2010, MESH Computers was voted PC Manufacturer of the Year by both Computer Shopper magazine and the Expert Reviews web site. You can read MESH reviews on sites like Doo Yoo
Administration
On 1 June, 2011 it was announced that MESH Computers had gone into administration and that key assets had been bought by components firm PC Peripherals.[7].
