- Venkatadri Naidu
Venkatadri Naidu was the ruler of a small kingdom in the south
India n State ofAndhra Pradesh . He was best known for his contributions toHinduism andHindu temples in theKrishna River delta region. He safeguardedHindu Dharma. His objective was protecting Telugu country from alien invaders. Many of the inscriptions glorified the victories of Venkatadri Naidu and the statecraft he practiced. He renoated and strengthened Amareswara Temple inAmaravati . He was responsible for the construction of temples atMangalagiri ,Ponnur ,Chandolu ,Chebrolu andJaggayyapeta .References
