Nizar Bin Obaid Madani is the current Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.[1] He has held the position since 1997. He was born in 1941. He was educated in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cario University, receiving his degree in 1964. In 1971 he graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Relations, American University, Washington, D.C.. He completed his studies by attaining a Ph. D. in International Relations at the American University in 1977.
He joined Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an Attaché in 1965 where he then proceeded to the Saudi Embassy in Washington in 1968, eventually taking the position of Chargé d'affaires. In 1967 he was appointed Director of Media Affairs. Then he was posted to take charge of international affairs in 1978, and then progressed to become Assist Manager, Office of Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1984. He also participated in several international conferences at the United Nations and in the Arab League. He was appointed in 1993 as a member of the Consultative Council in its first session, and he was then reappointed in 1997.

Personal Life
Nizar Madani has a family with 4 children named, Noha Madani, Abdullah Madani, Danya Madani, and Abdulaziz Madani. Also having 6 grandchildren which 3 of them is Noha's children and 3 of Abdullah's children. Noha has 2 son's and one daughter named, Mohammed, Abdulmajeed, and Mariam. But Abdullah has 2 daughter's with only one son named, Yusif, Rana, and Jana.
