Hambledon Rural District Council was a local government authority that existed in south-west Surrey in England from 1889 until 1972. Its headquarters were in Haslemere. In 1974 it alongside Farnham Borough Council and Godalming Borough Council were combined to form Waverley Borough Council which is the local government authority in that area today.
