Formby F.C. are a football club based at Altcar Road in Formby, Merseyside, England.

They were established in 1919 and in the 1968-69 season, they joined the Lancashire Combination. In the 1973-74 season, they reached the First Round of the FA Cup. Formby also won the Liverpool Senior Cup in 1978.

They are currently playing in the North West Counties Football League Premier Division.
