Formby High School is one of two secondary comprehensive schools in Formby, Sefton with the other being Range High School. Headed by headteacher Mr Brian Rouke, the school accommodates for roughly 1500 studentsFact|date=July 2007 and has its own Sixth form building. Formby high was awarded with specialist arts status in 2002.
