The Field Studies Council (FSC) is an educational charity based in the UK. It opened its first
Field Centre in 1947 atFlatford Mill , and now operates 17Field Centres in various locations inEngland ,Wales ,Northern Ireland andScotland offering both residential and non-residential field courses. It also publishes fold-out charts and theAIDGAP series of identification guides. The FSC also has an active international projects unit, FSCEE that provides education for sustainability training in over 30 countriesField Studies Centres
