Paul Andrews is an Australian politician. He has been an Australian Labor Party member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since 2001, representing the electorate of Southern River. Andrews won the seat from sitting Liberal member Monica Holmes in the 2001 state election with a swing of 4.9%, he easily held the seat in the 2005 state election gaining another 1.4% and holds the seat wih a margin of 11.8%.
