WAPS is a non-commercial FM radio station in Akron, Ohio owned and operated by the Akron Public School System.

The station is known on the air as "91.3 The Summit", and airs an Adult album alternative (AAA or Triple-A) music format during weekday hours. On evenings and weekends, specialty programs air, including a block of programming in languages other than English on Sundays.

WAPS once broadcast on 89.1 FM, until moving to its current frequency in recent years to enable it to increase power. Previous formats included Top 40 music, with programs hosted by students.
