Annunciation Orthodox School, or AOS, is a private school located in Houston, Texas, United States, established in 1970.

The school, which is located in the Montrose neighborhood, teaches preschool through eighth grade and has grown from 14 students in 1970 to over 650 students as of 2007.

15% of current students are Greek Orthodox, down from 99% when the school started. Admission tests are required to get into the school. Despite opposition from local residents, a portion of Marshall Street that divided the AOS campus was condemned by the Houston city council and sold to the school in 1999.
