* Hotel McCurdy, Evansville, Indiana - Since closing as a hotel in the 1960s, the McCurdy has been a retirement home, but is currently facing the loss of its Medicare and Medicaid funding because of allegations of poor living conditions.
* Hotel Shawnee, Springfield, Ohio
* Hotel Nelson, Rockford, Illinois
* Hotel Orlando, Decatur, Illinois
* Hotel Van Orman, Ft. Wayne, Indiana - Formerly Anthony Hotel, opened 1909, demolished in 1974
* Terre Haute House, Terre Haute, Indiana - Demolished in late 2005, will be replaced by a Hilton Garden Inn.
