Queens is a Polish girl trio formed in February 2005 by Polish Music Agency. The group is one of the best known girl bands of Poland. The last group that achieved some success in Poland were Taboo who topped the charts with the hit song "Nie Musisz". Queens is a marketing strategy of Polish Music Agency, in the reaction to popular demand for a girl group in Poland. After scoring a minor success with their debut album, the group started touring, but the private life of Agnieszka Maksyjan and Patrycja Wódz' illness caused several shows to be cancelled; sometimes for shows, Patrycja was replaced by Sylwia Parys; eventually, Polish Music Agency decided that they are not going to continue like this and both Agnieszka and Patrycja were asked to leave the group. Before Agnieszka's and Patrycja's dismissal, the group had planned a single "No Goodbyes" for release, a video was supposed to be made, even promotional CDs were sent to fans, but in the end, nothing ever materialized. "No Goodbyes" was one of two singles planned for release by the group's original line-up, and another one was recorded by the group with new members. "We Are The Queens" was finally released in early 2007, but the song didn't gain much success. A bit later, when the video was recorded, Queens did a short promotional campaign and finally decided to take a short break. After the break, both the whole group and the Polish Music Agency decided to remix and re-release the last single. East Clubbers have mixed the song in 5 different versions. The re-released single also includes a song "Piękne Chwile" (Beautiful Moments), which was the Polish language version of "We're The Queens". During one of the internet chats, the girls told that they have recorded a mid-tempo song called "Poerywam Cię" and that their new album is going to be released before summer of 2008 and is going to comprise two CDs in total: one with new songs and the second one with remixes of the songs.
