Academy Sports& Designated Marksman Activities

The Academy has a variety of athletic teams. As a member of S.I.A.C. (Susquehanna Independent Athletic Conference) the athletic teams compete actively against other independent schools, in addition to various parochial schools. There is a no-cut policy in place for all teams. A co-op between the Academy and Trinity High School will allow students to play for each other's designated athletic teams. This will begin in the fall of 2008. The Academy offers the following programs for its students: soccer, field hockey, tennis, basketball, swimming, lacrosse, and cross-country. Other sports include table tennis, extreme ultimate frisby, MMA, and Back Yard Wrestling. Oh and don't forget about our amazing Knitting Team.

The varsity boys' soccer and basketball teams both won the SIAC championships and competed in the District III playoffs in the most recent academic year

The lacrosse team is very unaccomplished, due in part to Drew Stefanic, a team member who is unbelieveably horrible. New recruits Robert Huffine, Aaron Storch, Bob Saget, and Nate Hoellman should be able to do a little damage control, though.
