Bogosian, an
Armenian American , was born inWoburn, Massachusetts , the son of Edwina, a hairdresser and instructor, and Henry Bogosian, an accountant. As a performer, Bogosian has a very distinctive style. His one-man shows are a minimalist blend of dark comedy, geopolitical commentary, and
social realism . When performing on stage, Bogosian generally appears as a series of characters, using few props, if any (beer bottle, cane, cup) .In 2005, he was critically acclaimed in his role as Satan in the play "
