Lieutenant Colonel Michael Brian Wheeler is a United States Army Reserve officer who served in Iraq during the Coalition Provisional Authority occupation. He was subsequently charged with fraud and accepting bribes.[1]
Wheeler, another officer, Lieutenant Colonel Debra Harrison and a CPA Comptroller named Robert Stein Jr. are accused of accepting bribes from Philip Bloom in return for awarding construction contracts.
