Foreclosure data provider

Foreclosure data provider

Foreclosure data providers provide investors, real estate agents and mortgage brokers with the foreclosure data they need in order to pursue foreclosed properties. A good provider will have a good local understanding and focus, and will acquire the foreclosure data directly from the source. Data is typically made available in a downloadable format such as XLS (Microsoft Excel) or CSV (Comma-separated values) so the user can import the data into a database or investment analysis software.
