Notable alumni include former Governor of Oklahoma Frank Keating, former Mayors of Tulsa Robert LaFortune and Bill LaFortune, and Bill Hader, cast member of Saturday Night Live. In addition, Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith's first head coaching job was at Cascia.

The two Tulsa schools often conduct spiritual programs, such as retreats (namely Kairos), together.
Cascia Hall prides itself on academic excellence and athletic superiority, of which National Merit Finalists and state championships result. In 2007, Cascia Hall had six National Merit Semifinalists and won the state championship in Boys' and Girls' Soccer, Tennis, and class 2A Football.
