Plan9 (comics)

"Plan9" is a Costa Rican comics magazine that was first published in 2003. It features the work of several Costa Rican artists. "Plan9" was the fourth major Costa Rican comic magazine. Costa Rican comics experienced a long period of scarcity which ended in the late 1990s with the release of the first issue of "Camaleon".
