Stratocaster (disambiguation)

A Stratocaster generally refers to a certain style of electric guitar pioneered by Leo Fender and may refer to the following:
*A Fender Stratocaster is the original series and manufactured by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation.
*A Squier Stratocaster is identical in design to the Fender Stratocaster and is manufactured by Squier, a subsidiary of Fender Musical Instruments Corporation.
*A strat copy imitates the original designs and is manufactured by a multitude of manufacturers which do not include Fender or Squier.
*A superstrat is based on the Stratocaster design, but has a large number of modifications that differentiate it from a Fender or Squier Stratocaster.
