Miroslav Karhan (born 21 June 1976) is a Slovak football midfielder who currently captains FC Spartak Trnava.

Karhan made 107 appearances for Slovakia and is the most capped Slovak footballer of all time. He was an everpresent part of the side during the country's successful qualification for the 2010 World Cup for the first time in its history, but sustained an injury and was unable to feature during the actual tournament.

He began his career with local club FC Spartak Trnava. Via Real Betis and Beşiktaş J.K. he came to VfL Wolfsburg in 2001. He has joined relegated Mainz on a free transfer from VfL Wolfsburg in summer 2007. He has returned to FC Spartak Trnava in summer 2011 from Mainz 05.
