Hansford Rowe (born May 12, 1924) is an American character actor who has starred in films and on television. He has been known to play ministers in some of his roles.

Rowe was born in Richmond, Virginia, the son of Virginia Isabel (née Willis) and Hansford Herndon Rowe, who was a veterinarian. He starred in the cult series "Dark Shadows" as a Judge in 1968. His well known role is in the 1983 NBC hit mini series "V" as Arthur Dupres, the stepfather of resistance leader Mike Donovan. Hansford reprised his role in the 1984 sequel "".

Hansford has starred in some films, his first feature film was in the 1973 movie "Gordon's War", his other movie credits are "Missing" (1982), "Baby Boom" (1987), and his most recent film is in the 2003 movie "Dry Cycle".

He has made guest appearances on TV shows, some of those appearances range from "Love, Sidney", "The Greatest American Hero", "Six Feet Under", "Night Court" and "Will & Grace".
